the Place
The Château has stood in the Normandy countryside since 1650. It is a family home, not a conference centre, not a hotel.
Surrounded by a private park, forest, and open countryside, it offers something rare : genuine quiet, and the kind of beauty that opens the mind.
The house is reserved exclusively for your group. No other guests, no lobby noise, no interruptions. Just the space your team needs to do its best thinking.
STAY
The Château offers six bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, spacious, comfortable, and opening onto views of the gardens and surrounding countryside. Each room has its own personality.
Two additional rooms are available for organisers.
BEYOND THE working SESSIONS
The best team moments rarely happen in the meeting room. We can help you build in experiences that bring your group together differently, a wine and cheese evening, an escape game in the Château, or simply a long walk through the estate.
If you have an idea, we'll find the right person to make it happen. If you don't, we'll suggest something that fits your group.
HALF-DAY & PRIVATE DINING
The Château is also available for a half-day, a working lunch with a client, a team meeting that deserves a different setting, or a private dinner for a small group.
Same place, same care, without the overnight stay.
HOW IT WORKS
Your working sessions take place in one of the château's salons, armchairs, original floors, light through tall windows. A high-quality screen and paperboard are set up and ready.
You arrive with an intention. We work with you beforehand to shape a programme that fits your group, helping you define the right format, identify the right facilitators or speakers, and connect you with trusted local suppliers. One person, from first conversation to last morning.
Groups are kept between 6 and 11 participants. Intimate enough for real conversations. Focused enough for real decisions.
meals
Meals are part of the rhythm of the stay. Lunches are simple and energising, designed to keep the group focused. Dinners are different : slower, more generous, the moment where the day's work settles and conversations open up.
We connect you with trusted local chefs who know how to read a room. The rest is up to them.
Location
The Château is located in Normandy, around 2 hours from Paris by car, or 1h30 by train with a station just 10 minutes away.
Easily accessible for both French and international teams.
We can connect you with a premium driver service from Paris or the airports, or arrange a taxi from the local station. One less thing to organise.
Thubeuf has started to welcome executive groups and leadership teams since February 2026. Each experience is different. None has been forgotten.
